ADoF provided the structural design for the hotel complex. 6 story hotel residential tower over 2nd floor platform ( out door pool deck, bar and restaurant complex).
The project utilized flat plate concrete floor slabs to maximize ceiling ht, and required long span framing over the ball room , pool area and rooftop bar.
Tricky hydrostatic conditions in the cellar/basement and parking areas had to be overcome.

The original townhouse was a 1880's 3 story rowhouse (typical wood joist to brick masonry party walls) and was in poor condition prior to the renovation. project utilized passive house detailing and building systems.
ADoF is currently working on several Passive (haus) projects and actively encourages our developers/designers to consider utilizing these systems.

ADoF are the structural engineer for this project. The stacked automated parking allowed for maximizing the number of residential units permitted while utilizing the available space for park in a very efficient manner
