Park Plus automated parking system installed at 411 Bronx River Rd
ADoF are the structural engineer for this project. The stacked automated parking allowed for maximizing the number of residential units permitted while utilizing the available space for park in a very efficient manner

ADoF were proud to be part of the design team on the renovation of the Elkins House in Crown Heights, The building won a 2019 Lucy G. Moses Preservation Awards. ADoF provided the structural design .
