ADOF took part in assisting at 146 Willow Street, Brooklyn Heights, in what could be the most expensive townhouse in Brooklyn, if the $18 million asking price is reached.  The 7-unit rental building was combined to create a 7,750 single-family megamansion.

The structural scope encompassed 100% reinforcement/replacement of the existing floor framing for new ornamental stairs, elevator shaft, and removal of intermediate load bearing walls.  The existing structure was retrofit to promote energy efficiency to achieve passive housing.


The new roof was designed to be utilized as a terrace and green roof.
